I have made a ticket at Avaya, they investigated the problem, and they are going to make a fix for it.
The problem is only on the 9.1 versions, Avaya has tested with version 10 and version 9.0 and that is working fine.

i asked the customer again, and when they recorded messages for a mailbox, they use option 4, so that the caller can't leave a message.
They also used the option 4, for recording the auto-attendant prompts.

but the customer does not want a time profile, the group must available/reachable when one agent is logged in, other wise, the want a message that the group is closed.
So is this possible with the Voicemail pro.

I can't get the sip trunk registerd to the ipoffice.
On other PBX systems i have no problems, to get the sip trunk registerd.
