We have an Ip-Office 6.1 with ip-dect R4 system.
The customer wants hotdesking with the 3725 phones.

Hotdesking is working, only it shows the ipdect extension number, and not the user extension what is logd in.
Is there a way to show the logd in number on the display.

Can someone help.

I don't think you can, it shows it's base extn DECT handsets are not tied as tightly to the system as Dig/IP deskphones are (they are basically slightly improved analogue extns in functionality) so logged in user info is not passed through to the handsets in the same way as a deskphone :)

You can in the latest release 5.0.X, you'll also see the base extension number but you need to run it in provisioning mode.

Provisioning came in release 7.0
You need to upgrade but 7.0 is only for IP500V1 and V2 so no IP400 IPO's!!!

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Thanx,

I will try the provisioning mode, hope thats the solution for the customer.
