I see the correct result after disabling and re-enabling it, but for just a second then it gives the errors.
This area is new to me and I don't really understand most of what's displayed in ssck or ld 73.
Problem is, I just can't find any information on how to tell if clocking is internal or...
Want to preface that this is really deep into PBX commands for me.
From what I found on this site and others, I was able to get the information below. After disabling and re-enabling, it goes back to DTI061.
Carrier said "Please check and verify the clocking on the PRI card in the PBX and...
Just curious if this is possible with our CS1000 and our deskphones are 2616.
Currently, when someone calls a department number, 400 for example, it also rings our deskphones (401 and 402).
Button 0 is SCR and the deskphone number (401 or 402). Button 9 is also SCR with the number of the...
We have a 2616 and it is able to be forwarded. It already has a number set for the button/key. We've used it a lot. Problem is, now we're stuck at home again and can't physically press the button to activate forwarding. I can remote into a PC with console access though.
Is there a way to...
We moved our PRI and the company told us to do a 911 test call to 933#. We use 8 to dial out so I'd dial 8933#. I tried calling 8933# but it busy-signals after dialing 89.
Is this something I can add to our CS1000 PBX?
Thanks
The info I'm needing to get is if our PBX has B8ZS/ESF and NI2.
If I run LD 60 and stat I can get - FFMT/LCMT/YALMT: ESF/B8Z/FDL
But I can't seem to figure out what to use to see if we have NI2. Is there a better way to get what I'm needing? Any ideas?
Thanks
Ok, I looked in the system and this number (423) shows as "NCOS 0". Numbers that can call out are "NCOS 2". Is it easy to change the 423 number from 0 to 2?
I have a phone that the user wants to make outbound calls from. Unfortunately, I have no clue on how to do that and couldn't find a way either, but I knew I could ask here.
Below is the printout of that phone. Any ideas? Thanks

With the work from home thing happening, we are now working from home. We have a 500 phone for support calls that we forward each week to our cells. Problem is, is we can't go in to make the change on the phone, BUT I do have access to the terminal (via Phonemaster). Any help is appreciated.
