1 Have you tried Expert mode > Basic Settings > Call Charges (I have no recent experience with it).
2 What exactly do you mean? The administrator in OpenScape Business Assistant?
Look in Expert mode > Maintenance > Admin Log
A HiPath 500 cannot be equiped with a CMA.
Is the configuration done right?
How many basestations have you connected to the Up0/E-interfaces?
What lines are connected to the system?
Is it possible to share the kds?
Well, this is the current protofolio: https://wiki.unify.com/wiki/DECT_Handsets
But your 3750 is so obsolete that there is no guarantee they will work together.
The latest firmware for a 3750 is from 2009. So handsets from that time but I don't know if that was S1, S2, S3?
But, almost every...
Like I said, I remember these A-type Gigaset don't work (100%) with HiPath Cordless systems.
Functionality is only supported when using the Professional handsets.
I also tried every possible form of format:
F.e. if I want to block 31612345678:
31612345678
+31612345678
00612345678
0612345678
612345678
Nothing will block the call.
Of course Blacklist feature on is enabled, Block Anonymous calls is disabled.
System OSBiz S V3 R3.1.1_008
Firstly: Are you sure the mainboard is defective? Maybe only the SD card needs to be replaced.
I guess you'll have to find a V1 mainboard and migrate the license to that SIEL-ID. Hopefully the move count is not 0.
I doubt if this is possible on a used mainboard, maybe you can get clearance from...
I guess this happens on all A-type Gigasets?
Or do you have the same problem on other handsets too?
I thought that the A-type Gigasets could not be used on a Cordless system.
So that you even got them registered astonish me.
We have a phonebook in Google Chrome spreadsheet.
It would be nice if we could dial the numbers by clicking on them.
The phones have a USB-port, so we could connect them as 1st party TAPI.
Anyone experience if and how to get this working?
I have a OptiPoint 410 economy and a optiPoint 420 standard.
410 version V5 R6.7.0 HFA, 420 version V5 R6.5.0 HFA.
The HiPath 3800 is version V9 R2.9.0_096.
The HG1500 is version V9 R2.11.0.
It looks like the devices are registered on the HiPath but when I try to dial an extension I can only...
Did it work before on a OpenScape Business?
I'm not sure if service via ISDN is still supported on OSBiz.
Here we have no ISDN anymore, so I can't test it.
Can you test it on another OSBiz?
As far as I know there is no OpenStage 20 SIP, at least I don't have it and I can't download it on the Partner Portal.
Looks like there is one: https://wiki.unify.com/wiki/OpenStage_20
The firmware used to be the same for OpenStage 15-40, only release notes don't mention the OpenStage 20.
Use...
For OpenScape Business use minimum HiPath 3000 Manager E V10, latest release now is R3.13.0.
Can you answer the question if ISDN is grayed out like in this screenshot?
Otherwise what errormessage do you get (if any)? (Screenshot?)
We managed to fix it.
HiPath 3000 Manager E uses TLS 1.0 (even the latest version does!).
You have to add a line to the file cla.xml (should be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Licensing\License Agent\bin):
<AllowOlderTlsProtocols>true</AllowOlderTlsProtocols>
Also we uninstalled both Manager E and...
I already tried opening Manager E in compatibility mode (Windows 7).
I don't know how I should do that for CLA since it is running as a Windows service.
It worked in 2019, I'm sure because that was the last time I needed it for sure.
I also installed Manager E V10 R2.20.0 and CLA V1 R42.0.0...
