Yes, but it is a licenced feature. As the Samsung systems have now gone end of support, you won't be able to get any licences. If there are no licences already in place, the only option would be to upgrade the system to version 5.0.3 and then activate the tutorial licence as this enables everything.
The Gamma issue isn't just causing issues with Avaya kit either, we've had some systems by a completely different manufacturer that we've had to reconfigure the way the SIP works in order to get things working again. PITA is right.
It sounds as though not all the RTP ports have been opened on the router/firewall. I'd ask them to check that they have the 7000, 7100 & 7300 port ranges open.

Do you get your hands on version 5.03 software for the Officeserv?. If you can, you can enable all the licences by activating the temporary licence and it shows as lasting for over 7 years. Also, I haven't noticed the timer counting down, so it may be longer.
Unplug the 7200 from the network and reboot the system, if it still has the same LEDs flashing when disconnected, it's a system problem. Duplicate IP addresses can cause the system to do strange things.
Thanks for the replies, DaIPOTek's suggestion worked. After an upgrade, a SIP extension won't register with the system IP address as it did previously.
