We have taken over a customer with a Samsung Officeserv 7200 that has an SVMI-20e voicemail.
I do not know what the access password is to get in to admin the system and I have had no luck getting it from the customer (they don't know it and the original installer is no longer in business).
All the info I can find about resetting the password says to contact Samsung but since there is no Samsung to contact anymore I'm a bit lost.
Does anyone know the process for resetting this password. I am fine if it requires a full initialization of the voicemail to do it.
