Hang on, you are confusing the difference between the S8300 and the Gateway. 2 totally different things.
The Gateway is a dumb device that looks to a MGC (Media Gateway Controller - in this case the S8300) for service.

Does anybody have the correct and full process on replacing an ipsi board?
The system has two IPSI's.
We had another site where when the ipsi was repalced, it brought down the whole system.
Any ideas?
We have an agent that does log in and out of their phone. But on CCV we see the agent answered 27 calls but when we run at repport at that same time, it shows they answered 55.
Why would that occur?
Anybody have a complete and successful install of CCC with no problems?

I would check out the Best Practices document that Avaya provides for setting up the Call Center on your IPO and also read through the documentation for CCV and Reporter.
I heard that CCC does not report calls correctly is this true?
In other words, if a caller places a call on hold and then picks it up again it will report it as two calls?

There is actually two ways but I will give the one that closely resembles the Definity.

Anybody use Gordano GMS Email server with IP Office's voicemail to email feature? I have a customer who uses that server and we cannot get the voicemail to email working.
Now keep in mind, it works fine with a standard SMTP account but does not work with this Gordano server.
It does use IMS.
