doh! Sorry Glenn, you are right. Typo, I should have said MDY is the format I use, but still no joy.

In step 3, I specify DATE with DMY as the format. No difference.

Its from the Remedy system (manage problem and incident tickets). There is a function in Remedy that allows you to dump to .csv. Even if I force the format during import, it comes in as "General".

Actually, its even easier than that. Simply rename the file with the extension .ppt. No need to open and resave.

Make the formulas absolute references (unless you need something else). So if a formula reads =A1+B1 absolute references would turn it to =$A$1+$B$1

Whats the format of your dates? Are they split up by any means? e.g. week, month etc?

Each cell would need its own formula for different cell entries (K4, K5, K6 etc), so why not drag down the forumla ensuring that the ranges are absolute entries (by adding "$" symbols in front of the letters and cell numbers)...
