The older AACC versions supported the bayeux protocol for rest API integration on the 9091 port.
But in ACCS, that port is closed.
Do you have any idea, how can we use the bayeux protocol for the rest api? Do i need anything to configure on the ACCS server, etc?

There is no need to configure any short codes for extension to extension calls.

CTI link uses the IPO system password for communication between the ACCS server and IPO. Double check it (ACCS Server Configuration / network settings, IPO security settings / system password), and also check port 50797 is open between the ACCS and the IPO server (firewall)

So the only solution is to add a secondary server with a new sip line connected to a master B/S and many slaves.
This is a large factory with many bulidings relatively far away from each other, the roaming between the two systems in not a key point of the customer.
