If a call to a local DDI is missed, it rolls to the attendant by default. However the attendant cannot see the originating callers ID only the phone that forwarded the call.
Is there a setting in the customer data block that extends caller ID under these conditions?
Do a stat of the m2250 ten to check its status. If not idle you may need to enable the TN.
Ld 32
Enlu xx xx xx xx
If the TN shows idle, try a change of the TN in LD12. Hit return on all the prompts till you get to updata
This kind of action has a deeper reset than just disabling/ enabling...
I have a cs1000m release 7, I was asked to change the time as it was a few minutes out. I can log in using my user ok, get the ld 2 dot prompt, but it won't accept
My stad or ttad commands.
Will this have been restricted at the user level by the maintainer?
We have a Qsig link between CS1000 & a Sonus SBC1000 gateway
If a CS1000 call is made internally to the Sonus gateway, the local extn number is not seen on the gateway. The call appears as anonymous.
We do gget CLI for calls coming through the CS1000 and routing onto the Sonus.
Any ideas what...
I have a CS1000 with QSIG link set up to a Sonus SBC1000 gateway for interface with MS Lync 2010
Calls from internal extensions on the CS1000 to Lync appear through the Sonus as Anonymous. What should I check to ensure the DN is presented to the Sonus ?
Inbound DDI calls through the CS1000 that...
We are based in Walton On Thames in Surrey the South of England below London.
I'd like a T&M solution if we could get a feel for the costs of each visit on this basis.
On another note
I just learnt from an Avaya note that the 250 will reset its clock to 1984 on the 24th November, and there is...
Does anyone know who can support in the UK my Overture 250. It just keeps on running, but I would like peace of mind to know someone holds UK spares and an engineer with Octel skills if needed.
Hi,
I have an OV250 which is of course EOL. I have a support contract but its a best endeavours, based on availability of spares. I can risk it failing for a couple more years except that we normally run two DMID units which provide the message waiting signal to the pabx. These are really...
Hi KC,
If you PRT DNB 2121 - this will show the name against the LDN. And if you change the name of the ATDN 0 in LD 95 the name will change on the LDN if you print it again.
You cannot find the LDN in LD 95 only the associated ATDN number = 0
Oh and nearly forgot. To set the forward you need to dial the feature code for forwarding followed by the number. Cant tell you what the code is as its down to your pbx.
#1 is common in the UK.
To check it out look up the code in LD 57

Hi,
The 500 set needs to have Class of service = CLS CFXA
This stands for call forward external allowed.
You also need to have a FTR CFW 16 which allows a forward upto 16 digits.
example :
CLS TLD DTN FBD XFD WTA THFD FND HTD ONS
LPR XRD AGRD CWD SWD MWD RMMD LPD XHD SLKD CCSD LND TVD...

CS1000M release 7
Hi,
I have just enabled a seperate call centre app off og the CS1000 via a cisco gateway. All inbound calls arrive on the CS1000 via DASS PRI links. They all present CLID. If the call routes straight to the Cisco gateway via the Qsig links the CLID is carried with the call. If however a call...
Hi Hari,
Have you considered making DN 2000 as ACDN 2000 then assigning Then assign a key to the phone as:
key 00 acd 2000
The user can receive calls on 2000 but cannot dial out.
The user set would need to log in etc.
Hope this helps
Kevin (bluerigsby)
Hi,
I have had issues with some carriers . I cannot help you fix the issue itself, I believe certainly in my case this was due to network timers on the trunk route.
As a work around I set up an ACDN that was set to NCFW to the mobile number. then forwarded the phone to the ACDN and this works...
