I have a console that all the lights show up and is stuck in night mode. There is no response from any of the keys on the console. This console is in a group with another console upstairs. That one I can put in "Idle" mode but calls will not ring into the console.

I had a shelf go bad last week and moved the 4 0 9 cable on the back of the chassis to another console card slot that wasn't being used ( 0 1 1). Both consoles were working fine then the Atrium console stopped working. How can I get this console back in operation?

Thanks for any input you all can share!

Jeff

Unplug the handset/headset. Unplug the amphenol connector and let it set for a minute or so. Plug the amphenol back in and see if it comes up. Then plug the handset back in and see if ti goes idle

I've done that and nothing. All the arrows light up on all the keys. The display shows Jan 1, 1989 Meridian 1 09:00:00 and at the bottom of the display is C/H Night MN CW.

Could it be some programming in LD 93 Console Presentation Group?

Thanks
Jeff

Do a stat of the m2250 ten to check its status. If not idle you may need to enable the TN.

Ld 32
Enlu xx xx xx xx

If the TN shows idle, try a change of the TN in LD12. Hit return on all the prompts till you get to updata

This kind of action has a deeper reset than just disabling/ enabling a TN.

Other thing to check is the headset. If it is not recognised by the console, it's impossible to get the console out of night service. Try another if you have one.
