This sounds like it could be an incorrect NAT support configuration. I would first check your setup in Enterprise Manager and if that looks good make sure your firewalls do not have any SIP NAT support enabled. The AltiGen server wants to handle the SIP NAT and some firewalls have this feature...

Hi DavidNC, I believe this would require reinstalling Altiware to default the password. I would recommend that this be performed by your AltiGen dealer as it requires manual backup / restore of configuration files as well as access to the dealer site to download unsupported installation files...
