Need to play old message files from decomissioned PBX

I have a very old Altigen PBX (AltiWare 3.5A from 1999 running on an ancient Windows NT 4.0 box LOL I need to extract the old voicemails and greetings from it but they are in some strange format. Are there any tools or suggestions on how to convert these old files to WAV files? I would really appreciate it!

There is a threat "thread1456-1615828" that mentioned an Altiware Vox converter - any idea where I can get this?

The converter is part of the Altigen server software install. Should be under c:\atliserv\exe named VoxConvertor. Not sure if it was around in 3.5Am that's very old
