basically all you need to do is verify daily it made a nightly backup, verify pbx connectivity, and disk space. Those are my daily routine and allow me to spot anything that I might need to fix.
hunt group... your "extension" to call will be the number associated with the hunt group... you have to use EC500 to be able to send calls to a cell phone however and get them back if no one answers without the cell phone VM picking up... If you don't have EC500 it won't be possible to use cell...

I'm not sure if an SI has EC500 capability but I doubt it. If not my favorite way is to use Send All Calls to forward the number to the cell phone
It involves utilizing a coverage path that transfers calls when the phone is in Send All Calls mode... use a remote coverage path...
meh, i got concerned and i figured out what they did... that 1500 extension just goes to our operator and the operator dials 911 for us... scratch that... although you could use the same principle and use a VDN to dial 911... but thats just a hassle.
