My test agent ID is getting the "central management authentication failed" error after I enter my Windows login ID and password.
I checked the profile settings in Login Telephony and the Login - Agent and they look set correctly. Are there any other fields to check?

I have a user at a remote office and the phone rings when they get a call at their main number. I did a list usage and removed that ext. from the pick-up group. The phone is still ringing.
The phone has 6 brdg-appr of the main number. Do I need to remove these brdg-appr buttons to stop...
I need to change the outbound caller ID for a remote site and I do not know how they are set up (new to the company). I figured the IP network region for that site but am not sure how to trace outbound calls back to the trunk.

Thank you for the reply.
What do I do with all the SIP, ISDN, and Tie trunks? Do I need to remove all my stations and DIDs for license purposes (get money back)?
We moved to a full cloud platform environment and will need to decom our CM with media gateways and SMGR. From my initial research online there isn't much to do except to perform a back up then shut it down?
Anything any additional items to complete before shutting down and is there a command...
Thanks for all the replies. Apparently, there was a registry push that did not install properly. I can now login. Not sure what the registry push does..
I know there could be many variables but I ran out of ideas for this remote 9620.
At the office Cleared the phone and programmed the group in the VPN settings. Confirmed the VPN user is correct. The user at home is reporting the phone is booting up straight to an extension prompt. I checked...

And I did add the new agents in Dictionary under "Login Identifications". Exited CMS and logged back in and still can't find them in the agent List.
EDIT- It worked! Not sure what happened but I located the agents in the list.
Not sure why I'm having so much trouble with this but I created myself a One X agent using an extension and an agent ID set up exactly like another working example ext and agent ID. When I log in, the extension register fine but when it asks for the agent ID, I enter it and leave the password...
Just wondering if it's feasible to set up call center agents at home using One X agent connected through a VPN.
Are there any challenges? I guess I would have to discuss this with the network group first. I have no idea how VoIP works in VPN.

Hi,
From what I understand there isn't much of the "telephony" side in Teams. You can refer to this link here Link. I'm pursing my MS-700 certification which will give you a entire understanding of Teams.
I'm working to map out vectors in my system and currently using Visio to map out the selections and routing. Is there a free tool out there that I can use? Maybe Excel would be a better tool?
