Could you please help me with an issue? I upgraded the Primary server to version 11.1.3.1 and then loaded the ISO file for version 11.1.3.2 onto it. I need to remove the ISO file from the IPO so that only the current running version (11.1.3.1) remains.
We running on Avaya IPO and using Voicemail pro for recording, Media Manager for indexing, I have a call centre running and all Agents are set to be recorded for all Internal and External Calls
the issue comes is when Agent transfers the calls I don't seem to get recordings for all transferred...
@Derfloh no all user rights are currently on Expansion Sytems not on the Secondary server, should I create all rights on the secondary server? should i use ARS to route calls thereafter?

I have a Primary Server Edition v11 I recently added a secondary server my issue is all user rights get deleted when I add them and phones are showing a feature button error, i have tried adding user rights on the solution tab but when i close and open Manager again nothing will be there
I did an upgrade last week from 8 to 11 using the same card, you will need to follow th upgrade steps upgrade to 9, 1 then 10 then 11, by doing so you will preparing the SD card for v11

Files have been converted and into .c11 uploaded on Embedded file management under System>Dynamic>LVMail>AAG Auto attendant has been set up with the correct file names, However it doesn't play SD card has been shutdown and system restarted still not working
