    Well, the plot thickens. IP set to IP set, sound quality is fine.. reseating the card didnt help matters... connecting a set to the switch closest to the T-Lan now... priving difficult because it isnt PoE, but I have a plan. Any other ideas?

    There is no DCH on Card 5. I was under the impression that my issue was with card 4 (which is the backup DCH).. as 00000011 converts to 4 in LD 32 conv. Am I way off? Or is this a problem with card 5, which has no DCH.. and a FDL should resolve the issue with that card?
