Any idea how to sample the exact colour at any point on an object with a gradient fill? *Not* adding colour to the gradient setup menu to see what a value is along the slider - selecting a specific point on the gradient on the artboard and sampling that colour?
Thanks in advance.
Also i'm using all relative paths (i'm not sure what the absolute paths are)

font management is an art of its own.
certainly if you stick with known fonts and consistently
ask people to 'prepare for service bureau' or 'collect for
output' so you have EXACTLY the fonts they used in their
jobs you narrow down problems - even then its not always
foolproof. Also backup a...

Use of the interactive transparency tool to create a vignette

I've known 'too large' to mean too many nodes on a complex drawing, however...
Can you try convert dxf/dwg to pdf x/1a and import the pdf into coreldraw 11?
(eg)

or similar
Were you able to print directly to the printer on a previous version of corel? Some printer drivers print to file by default/as the only option when printing.
Otherwise the option should be in the start>settings>printers&faxes, right click your printer and check out the properties for a print...
If you're asking how to produce a vignette/fade in Coreldraw. It is the fill tool/paint can icon (usually second from bottom of the tools on the left hand side of the screen) - clicking it will give you a fly out window. Select Fountain fill.
Or press F11 shortcut key.
Now you can create...
It has moved into the Options>Customization dialog in X4. It used to be on the toolbar by default. I think its under the pointer properties in customization. Turn treat as filled off.
Could try substitute the white with any other spot colour and overprint the new colour rather than white.
When you say does not print all the white - make sure the spot colour/white substitute is one single object - to be on the
safe side.
Never seen that message, try Corel customer support.
I take no responsibility for this suggestion:
Could try clean your registry of all coreldraw references and try again.
