I have a switch that after going into load 11 or 20 and trying to change a phone the switch logs me out. I didn't type logo, just chg, 2616, 0 1 4 0 and enter through. No SCH code just logs me out. Any ideas?

For analog sets you need a header "DN" and the cell should read "DN ####" (DN space extension). Let me know if that helps.
