To me I'm new to CUCM system. I would like to know how to set up boss to secretary feature
so that secretary can monitor boss's phone.

Thanks for your input, but i did all that by removing a line and connecting to phone all they ok! I restarted the LIM seems to be the same. But fun thing is that when i remove the ICU card i get the prompt answer of the Vmail that welcome to... then it hangs! could be the ICU card fault?

I'm having a problem with vmail system. Since saturday the vmail is not intercepting the calls is just quite. We are using 5555 to access the vmail but once you dial is quite. I reseted it and even change ICU card no prograss. could any one Help please!!!!!!!!!!!!
