INCOMING CALL NOT HEARD

I need your help regarding in coming call(international) when received we can not hear them
specifically route 83. Any advice please? below is my RODDP print out I'm using MD110 BC 12

I think there is an assumption that the trunks for route 83 are on 2-2-00. If this is the case, I am surprised you are getting any calls at all.

Please confirm which boards the trunks are on, ROEDP:ROU=83,TRU=ALL;

Also print SCEXP;

take a look to the Alarm "269 DIGITAL TRUNK, LOSS OF FRAME SYNCHRONIZATION"
This means, that your line is down due to a line fault (or Hardware fault (TLU76 board))

Hi Snor,
the problem is related to route 83 as stated in the OP. Route 83 has only trunks on board 2-1-20. The alarms refer to 2-2-00 so that is not the issue.
Emags,
what would be good to know is -
Are only incoming international calls experiencing the problem mentioned?
Are local calls working OK?
Are outgoing calls OK?
What route are the other equ on 2-1-20 assigned to?
Why is there no external synch assigned?
