I'm having a problem with my Vmail, i have changed the ICU card, restated the system but no respond, it quite! when i print alarm i found this..

Let me know what board you have swapped from?
ICU or ICU2?

I swapped from ICU to ICU2, also i tried to RFBOI:BPOS=002-1-71; and RFPUI:UNIT=DIM&DIR&ILCP&ILNP&MWP,LIM=2; but still the same.

Remember to install the cable correctly.
With ICU it has to be in upper most connector (1/4 dorn or quarter dorn). With the ICU2 it has to be the connector just below the ICU2 label.
Also check your cabling, since the data seem to be OK:

From your BLDFP; I can see that the board was blocked by command:
B7 Individual is blocked as a result of manual blocking of device board via command.

So you need to deblock this board:
