I've set mine up in parallel to existing deskphones so on the user I have just enabled power user and mobile VOIP client. Login details are the same as the phone. You probably remote worker for your setup.
I am sure someone else can explain how to set up as a standalone client.

I was suggesting setting up the IP address manually on the phone rather than it being allocated by DHCP. Of course someone can change that if they really wanted.

Not something I have needed to do but you can set the IP address on the phone manually then match this in extension-VOIP.

I recall the drive is a half slim SATA DOM 32gb MO-297. Something else might work but there's not much space.
Does it save V1 or V2 on the front of the module as V1s were prone to failure. I think Avaya would have swapped at one time.
