Someone gave this to me. Has anyone ever used it and will it work on an IPO version 9.1? I can't seem to find any documentation on it.

The docs are out there somewhere. It looks as though this added analogue extensions to a Quick Edition set up.

I recall this used 4600 series phones with special firmware so no PBX needed for a small set up but not compatible with IP Office?

If I dig around in my office I'm sure there's an A10 lurking somewhere. Yes they can work with IP Office, though can't remember if they're are recognised as Avaya kit, so might need a third-party SIP license.

A 6416D+M handset plugged into a DS port with a 100-A module plugged into the handsets base port will provide analog dial tone without any license required.
