I was wondering if there is a way to print preview a form before it prints so then it would be possible to see what is going to be printed!
I cannot find, using the wizard in access any wizard that will allow me to do this, is there another way??

Is it possible to create some code in order to have a message box appear should there be no records to display once selecting a button which brings up a search box which will run a query? If there are no results at the moment it just displays a empty form.

Sorry to keep bothering you, I have inserted the code in the right place now! It works fine but it doesn't seem to close the form, the message box appears just fine though - thanks.

Thank you for your reply, I have looked at this thread and have inserted the code but I'm not sure its in the right place. Access is also telling me that my form is not based on a table/query so the recordsetclone function is not valid.
