Hey there,

I was wondering if there is a way to print preview a form before it prints so then it would be possible to see what is going to be printed!

I cannot find, using the wizard in access any wizard that will allow me to do this, is there another way??

Many thanks in advance!

Have you tried this ?
DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdPrintPreview

Hope This Helps, PH.

Hi
Do you mean:
Docmd.OpenReport "ReportName", acViewPreview

Code:
DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdPrintPreview

Thank you all, works perfectly but do you know how I can remove any blank pages, the record will fit on the page but then page two is blank, page 3 contains a record and then a blank etc

Any ideas??

First of all forms are not for printing but for viewing entering data. Use reports instead. you have more control on that.
CanShrink/CanGrow also to be checked if you prefer form to print
