Hey there!
I have another problem! Seeing as this site has been so helpful so far I though I would see if I could sort my next hurdle out!! - I am only having these problems because I have taken over a database and I want to improve it!!
I have a combo box on a form with certain records in it (Journal titles) I then press a button which takes the information from the combo box (The title!) and then opens a form which is linked to it which shows all the details for the journal. This is fine unless...!!
There are no details for the journal and in which case I would like some sort of message to appear which tells the user to choose another title!
Another little feature I would like too is if there is nothing selected in the combo box and you press the button I would like a message to appear saying please select something instead of what it does currently and bring up the linked form but as a blank form!!
