Sorry- to clarify Previously we had top dial 9 to get an outside line We changed line providers. Now we don't have to dial anything (works from a handeyt that is plugged iinto phone line bypassing switch). So - we want the switch to handle no pre-dial number.

OK- you mean on the ARS Dialled Digits form? I entered number od digits to add as 1 I entered 0 for Digits Dialled followed by Unknown for number of digits to follow. but what do I set the Termination Type to (Drop down is on Route) It's saying Termination Number is out of range if I leave it blank.

Thanks bobcheese- but I realised that. I need to change the settings on the switch admin, but am not sure which ones (it doesn't work if the 9 is used- and doesn't work if left out!)We can dial out using handsets plugged directly onto the sockets which bypass the switch (without the 9, of course).
