If two businesses are sharing a MICS 7.0 system, can one business have a commercial on hold background and the other one block it when their callers are on hold?

Phone worked perfect for several months, now whenever it receives a call it has a constant ring for 8-10 seconds with a half second break, then another long ring. This pattern is abnormal and is annoying to the customer. Any ideas on what the problem is and how to fix it?

Customer has a MICS 7.0 with T1/PRI. Is it possible for them to go off-hook and get dialtone without having to press 9? Currently they have intercom off-hook, then have to press 9 for outside line (but no 2nd D/T). Customer wants to go off-hook and have outside line D/T. Possible?

About 4 days ago my inbox messages disappeared. I can receive new ones after that date, but all the old ones are gone. Any suggestions on how to retrieve them, or are they gone for good?

Thanks bkrike. Two questions: 1. can I automate the request for the data somehow (in case the customer forgets) and 2. can I do the same thing (getting usage reports) on a copper NAM?
I have a customer that has to produce a report every month showing how many callers selected each info mailbox available when they call in and listen to the AA/CCR Tree. It is a non-profit and they justify their funding by these statistics.

Whenever customer uses Do Not Disturb feature all calls go to the receptionist instead of their own voice mail box. Tried changing the processor module, but problem persists. Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?

I have a customer with a T1/PRI on a MICS 6.1 software. Telco says the Caller ID can only show the main BTN and it is up to our hardware to send out the DID number as CID information.
Is that true?

The CO has been pretty unresponsive, first blaming our equipment, then finally stating they need to upgrade to a PRI to fix the problem. An expensive surprise to the customer, not very happy as you can imagine.

I have a customer with a non-PRI T1 and they are having difficulty making outgoing calls. Sometimes the call will go through, but quite often the caller will hear "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. NTI 25". If they hit Redial the call seems to go through just fine.
