Can Caller ID show the DID Number on a PRI/T1?

I have a customer with a T1/PRI on a MICS 6.1 software. Telco says the Caller ID can only show the main BTN and it is up to our hardware to send out the DID number as CID information.

Is that true?

Program OLI with the 10 digit DID for each user.

You must configure the business name and the OLI for each set.
To define OLI press show in terminals&sets>Line Access
