    Thanks for the replies, I have connect via the internal modem and was able to ping the ip 10.10.14.1, howeever when I put that on internet explorer it doesnt open anything.. any ideas? Cheers

    Yes I did some changes on the lan seetings and cable were connected, I've just rebooted the system with network cables disconnected, reconnected them once all the lights were solid but still can't ping. Cheers
