can i just say that everyone that has just give advice on this thread has not a clue about the bcm !!!!
What the guy was asking is VERY EASY !! all you have to do is make sure you have is ticked in "call pilot" under "config" "system propertys"
when the user phones up simply press *8 then...
sounds a silly question but have you put the keycode for the Onboard ATA
if you have i will try it when i get in the office on monday/tuesday
one thing that you could try is put an external ATA on one of the digi ext and try that, that will tell you which side of the BCM you are haveing the...
the way i got around this is to set the direct-dial to the door phone
i.e
set direct dial to 4 and the DOC to 6 (if you have one)
all you have do then is tell the user to press 4

it sounds like you need to re-install voice mail
there is a long feature number that you have to put it into the phone
that will put everything back to default
PLEASE NOT THAT YOU WILL LOSE ANY VOICE MAIL THAT YOU HAVE

It sounds silly but try the software on windows 2000 computer
there was a problem with the BCM 200 and BCM400 when you try to use any CDR software with windows XP
the other thing to try is , use the CDR client software that comes with the BCM , you will find it on its web page under admin...
try doing a level 2 reset on the system or even a level 3
that will get rid of all patch
please note, if you do a level 3 reset it will get rid of all your keycodes aswell !!!!
