I have a BCM50 Rel 1 with all the patches loaded. My customer is running a 3rd party software to pull the CDR info from the BCM50. There was a period of time that no CDR info was sent when she pulled it. I used her software to pull the info as a text file and all I got was pages of "no information to display". I installed CDR Client on my lap top and was able to pull the CDR info to my laptop. I then was able to use her 3rd party software and retrieve the CDR info, with the exception of the dates where she could not pull the info.

Nortel says the hard drive is full. I have no way to check. I am getting no CDR alarms. Does anyone know how to check the drive? Once the CDR info is pulled, is it deleted from the BCM?

It sounds silly but try the software on windows 2000 computer

there was a problem with the BCM 200 and BCM400 when you try to use any CDR software with windows XP

the other thing to try is , use the CDR client software that comes with the BCM , you will find it on its web page under admin software

hope that has been some help
