A hexadecimal numnber is a Byte (binary representation) divided into two parts...each part having 4 bits. Each part is called a nibble.

Are you naming the new pc the same as your old pc. If yes, make sure that you delete your old computer account from your Active Directory and re-join the new pc to your domain.

Also, make sure that the IP address of your system is the same subnet as your Domain...

I have some 50 odd 2216 phonesets that have the same ACD queue assinged on their Key 0. I now wan't to assign a new ACDN value to key 0 on all these phones.
Would i have to reprogram the phones again? Isn't there a faster way out?

Have you checked to see if you need to turn off "show picture placeholders"?

Picture placeholders should be unchecked
