    Yes, it did work prior to the lightning strike. I was thinking that the port had gotten blown, which is why I switched cabinets. I think the port pins out to the MCC, and that maybe it may be blown out. I am just hoping for suggestions on anything else to try.

    Thanks for the reply. I should I have stated that I have restarted the printer in Maintenance already. I also tried stopping and restarting it. The printer does not have a PLID unless it is through a Dataset, right?
