I need assistance please! I need to program 2 analog stations to be members of a hunt group. And, I need to point the incoming C.O. Lines to that group.

What I am trying to do is, interface an outboard Auto Attendant onto 2 analog station ports. When a call comes in it should ring the hunt group with the two extentions. Then allow the caller to enter "0" for operator, or three digit extention. Then be transferred to the requested extention.

I am a Mitel, Nortel, Avaya, Toshiba, et al guy... I do not even have the first clue as to how to begin programming on the old NEC 2400 system.

How do you interface with it? MATWorx32? Can it be programmed via console? I am stumped.

Thanks in advance!!!!

P.S. I need to program the console to send all calls to that hunt group when in "night mode".

TIA

Until you can source a copy of the old dos programme and (these days) a machine that will run it we can't really help! The command is ashu for a ucd group, ashc for a circular group or ashp for a pilot group. But without the specific mat software, there is no way of communicating with the system!
