Fixed it. I just unchecked the all agents check box in one of the modules of Delta Server and restarted the service. It successfully picked up all the correct agents and I was able to login to PC Wallboard. thanks everyone who responded to my thread
Is there a way to migrate old custom reports to CCCv5. The CCCv5 reports directory have a .htm and .xml files making up 1 report. The old version is just a .rep file. Do I have to convert using crystal or am I over-thinking this?
