Sorry, but just to clarify... when you say service provider you are talking about verizon? If my hunt is set-up incorrectly, can i possibly resolve that issue myself?
We have 4 POTs and if all lines are busy, the general mailbox would not pick up, so it will keep ringing. But the real problem is if they call line 1 when it is busy, the merlin magix system would not pass it to line 2/3/4 when they are free. Is there anyway to program the system so it will go...

I got this problem if someone is on a call and the receptionist transfer another call to him, it will ring approx 5 times and bounce back to the receptionist. The voice mail does not engage. The voice mail works and his mailbox is empty. What could the problem be?
I have search the forum and did not come up with an answer to my problem. I need to find out how to set up night service to come on at 7PM-9AM. I believe that if no one picks up it will automatically redirect calls to ext. 600. Can someone please advise me on how to do this on an ETR-18D phone...
Only one extension within our phone system would not get transfer to the voice mail system if no one picks up. After approx. 5-6 rings, the call will go back to the receptionist and not a voice mail box. I have try to reset the voice mail box, with no success. Could someone please help. Thanks.
