Setting Up Night Service

I have search the forum and did not come up with an answer to my problem. I need to find out how to set up night service to come on at 7PM-9AM. I believe that if no one picks up it will automatically redirect calls to ext. 600. Can someone please advise me on how to do this on an ETR-18D phone. Please bear in mind that i am only an IT admin and not a phone guy.
 
Let's start with, are you using a Merlin Legend/Magix system, or a Partner system?

The phone labeled ETR-18D can be used on either system. Many times, they are connected to Partner systems, but the installer used the designation strip for the Legend system.

Press Feature 59 and tell us if anything shows up in the display.

And try SPKR *05, again tell us if anything shows up in the display.

 
When i press Feature 59 it doesn't display anything.
When i hit SPKR *05 i get "Magic 2.0 v9.0
 
OK, you do have a Merlin Magix system, which is good, you can have Automatic Night Service, based on time of day, and day of week.

The programming is done from a 4424LD+ telephone, or perhaps an MLX-20L, or through WinSPM software.

If you have none of the above in your system, you're going to need professional help to get it going.

Otherwise, you would go to Menu > SysProgram > Start > NightSrvc > Start

Here you enter the Day (0-6 where 0=Sunday, 6=Saturday), the starting Hour (2-digits in 24-hour format) and the Minute, then press Enter

Do this for each day that you want Night Service to automatically start.

Then back up and select Stop, do the same for when it will stop.

Finally back up, and select Time Control, select On, and Enter.
