FTP Access - restrict user to subfolder?

I have an FTP site on my SBS that has subfolders. I'd like to restrict one of my users to only see one of the subfolders, and nothing else in the FTP. I've tried changing permissions, but no luck. Is there a good way to do that?

Like you i was stuck at this point. Then i found a program call Filezilla and it works great.
