I could real use some help. It all works part of the time other times is rings at site b. But when you pick up it is dead air. Call quailty is fine when call from site a to site b. Extentions. It only seem to happen when call forward via incoming call some times.

what is the best way to have site b main gruop ring when call comes in at site a both sites are 403 3.2 i can not add extentions to hunt group from other site in this version so i am thinking short code or may be call foward but do not know how to do that Please help

yes i was planing to use 1,2, 3 on all phones

i was not going to use line i was going to use 3 call appearance and 3 call parked just asigned number (1,2,3) on the 1416 phone and 2 call appearance and 3 call parked on the 1408 now i just want to make sure i do not need a unpark because the parked button will function as both...

hello i have an 403 it is set up with scn, with a remote office. all works good but every 2 weeks or so ir reboot and drop all call then come back up and works fine for another few weeks . Any body have any idea as what might be causeing the reboot or if any one knows a work around to...

ok so it can not be the extention number it has to be the name

i can call and tranfer extention can have follow me to the extentions every thing work other then be able to set the uses extetion to show up on the other office phone the two unit are talking just fine so what is missing

i followed the avaya tek tip scn i set ip trunk and ip routing but how would i verify that i am scn enabled
