Thanks Mike but I think I might have found it. I went into the ISA Management and found the 'configure protocol rules' wizard. I have setup FTP & it works ok now. Still can't ping but the main one I needed was FTP. Ping is ICMP i think, the rules wizard didnt list that protocol though.
