Exchange client license error when there are pleny of licenses

A few of our Outlook 2000 clients come up with an error that is:

Unable to open default folders. There are no additional Microsoft Exchange Client licenses avaiable.

I know there are licenses available, i think we have 12 pcs with outlook and 15 licenses for exchange.

The funny thing is its not on all the clients only about 3 or 4 at the moment.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I feel a bit embarased now

I've fixed it, stopped then started the license logging service.

Was under a bit of pressure from the stupid sales people whinging about no emails, then I cracked it.
