I am looking for assistance with routing calls on a Norstar key system. I have calls coming in to an auto attendant on the call pilot then when an option is chosen in CCR the call is routed to the appropriate extension, if no answer after 4 rings the call is routed to the voice mailbox for that...

Thanks, I agree. My guess is the issue is when the incoming call comes in to the AA then the option from the CCR points it to the extension, the call pilot doesn’t know which mailbox to terminate it to. The incoming call is on a "trunk" and not a DID. Do i need to do something with DRT on the...

Thanks, I have done that and internal calls route correctly however, the incoming calls will not cover they just sit on the extension.

How have you set your FRL? You should also set it in the COR to 0
