Does anyone know the default login for the program after install? I tried all of the logins created during the install and none work.
I've clicked on Network Management Console and VOIP Montoring Manager
I have it set to 3 right on Number of Errors and no entries.
When I hit * to dial by name it just keeps asking if the entry doesn't match or the user can hit * to go back to the main menu. The customer wants the DBN to transfer to a VDN menu after 3 tries.
We'd like to limit the users to 2 or 3 tries, and then revert them back into the PBX menu (VDN). Is that possible?
I was think a caller app could do this, maybe?

I have a call manager with 7940 and 7960 phones and I want to change the firmware on my 7912 to SIP. I want to see how they are on an Avaya CM. Do you know where on Cisco site I can download this and can I have two different firmware loads on the ftp?
Thanks
DO you have a corporate IP address for the servers (ethernet 4)? You should have E0 to CNA, E3 to CNB, and E4 to CNC or customer network. The CNB and CNA are usually private (unless ESS) and the CNC is a routed network. Is your CNC on a private non routed network?
Are you not seeing your text when you go into shell? I've notice that if you go through the CLAN this happens on remote systems. If you use the S8XXX servers ip address with port 5023. It works all the time

Is there a way to have the phone show you had missed calls on the screen without pressing the log button? I want the phone to say X missed calls and then you can press the log to see the missed calls.
I thought I saw this in the Avaya labs
