Dial By Name limits

we'd like to limit the users to 2 or 3 tries, and then revert them back into the PBX menu (VDN). Is that possible?

I was think a caller app could do this


 
In the VMSC on the telephone user interface and on the Receptionist tab it should show maximum number of errors. If it is set at 3 then it should transfer them after 3 bad try's and set the Recpt mailbox to the VDN you want to send them to.

I have it set to 3 right on Number of Errors and no entries.

When I hit * to dial by name it just keeps asking if the entry doesn't match or the user can hit * to go back to the main menu. The customer wants the DBN to transfer to a VDN menu after 3 tries.
