Intuity LX

I have an Intuity and I can't dial the pilot#. I can dial the port directly but not the pilot. My clan integration will not come up all the way. My hunt group is built witht he correct extension numbers. My dialplan para is switch 4.

Figured it out. Had to change the local session id to match the local node number in the processor channels form.

Check the communication interface processor channels screen on the Definity. Sessions local should be set to 4 on the proc chan number you are using (Usually chan 59). If the LX is Audix number 1 then you should set sessions remote to 1 and machine ID to 1.
