What do I need to do to get echo on go shell?

Are you not seeing your text when you go into shell? I've notice that if you go through the CLAN this happens on remote systems. If you use the S8XXX servers ip address with port 5023. It works all the time

Yes, I'm using the CLAN, because, the S87xx is on a private network, and, it's my sneaky way of getting to it from the public side. I can't see what I type, but, it works. I just can't see.....

DO you have a corporate IP address for the servers (ethernet 4)? You should have E0 to CNA, E3 to CNB, and E4 to CNC or customer network. The CNB and CNA are usually private (unless ESS) and the CNC is a routed network. Is your CNC on a private non routed network?

In our case, CNC is routed, but, on a private "Voice-A VRF" (172. addresses). The CLAN is the only way I can get to it. We do have a couple of work-arounds until we can get a "management VRF" built. So, I just jump into "go shell", just can't see.......
