We are transferring calls that came in from outside the 2000 to the cloud.
I was looking at CMD 360, but struggling to figure out how this needs to be updated to allow.
Do I need to update each trunk with a "1" to allow?
Also - Also, when trying to do a transfer, the display on the dterm handset shows recall and the person trying to perform the transfer's handset rings when they hangup (after the other person answers)
We are moving most of our call center to a cloud based pbx. However, support staff will stay on the NEC.
Not sure how we can transfer calls from support (NEC), to the cloud based users.

All of the sudden, my local calls, both in and out, go fast busy. Not always, but about 75% of the time. The circuit isn't full, and my LD PRI's work just fine. I tried swapping the PRI cards and re-setting the switch, but the problem continued. Of course my telco claims that nothing has changed...
Is there any way to layer the UCD groups on a IVS2?

SBC is telling me that they cannot block outbound caller ID on our PRI circuits, that we have to do it. I can't find anything in the manuals that allows me to send a privacy indicator. Any ideas, or anyone else hit this same roadblock? Thanks,
