Is there any way to layer the UCD groups on a IVS2?

I ask because I am trying to have an 800 number ring at 2 alternating UCD groups.

I tried creating a 3rd UCD group that had virtual's that were call forwarded to the 2 UCD pilot numbers, but the calls still ring at the virtual numbers, and do not forward to the 2 groups. It seems that the switch ignores the forwarding on the UCD member stations.

Thanks.
(Hope this makes sense)

7. When a call is directed to the pilot number of an ACD/UCD group and that pilot station has set Call Forwarding
- Busy Line, the call will be forwarded if all stations within the ACD/UCD group are busy.

From the service conditions, it looks like your virtuals may have to be put in make busy.

Thanks, but I need to forward the call to 2 different UCD groups. I think your post would only forward to 1 group?

Immediate Overflow UCD

General Description
This feature allows a call directed to a UCD group to immediately overflow to another UCD group, upon encountering
an “all agents busy” condition.

Station Application
All UCD Pilot Stations.

Operating Procedure
Refer to the Call Forwarding - Busy Line Features and Specifications for details on setting the forwarding when
busy condition.

Service Conditions
1. This feature uses the Call Forwarding - Busy Line feature (set on the UCD pilot extension) to immediately
forward the call to another UCD group, upon encountering an all busy condition in the first group.
2. This feature works if the overflow destination is a UCD pilot number.
3. When a call has terminated to UCD Group A and all stations in Group A are busy, if Group B is assigned
as the overflow destination (using Call Forwarding - Busy Line), the call is transferred to Group B. When
all the stations are busy in Group B, the call queues onto UCD Group A.
4. One overflow group can be provided for each UCD group.
5. Overflow is performed only once.

The simple answer is it can only forward to one destination. You want it to go to two on a circular hunt. The problem is that an extension can only be in one group so you can't hunt between ucd groups. See point 4 in Grh959's post.
